We offer this photo (taken by Charlie Williams) of Willie, because it was taken toward the end of his brilliant career. Probably the most well know pool player of all time, at least to current day fans, Willie Mosconi honored the sport as it honored him.
One of the best dressed players to ever pick up a stick, Willie not only showed us how to play the game, but how to behave as well. He dominated the game between 1940 and 1957, winning 15 world titles.
