Most of these portraits were created from photographs and video recordings taken by Jim Meador during the 1996 U.S. Open Nine Ball Championships in Virginia Beach. The photographic images were scanned, and video images captured in Avid Video Workshop. They were then imported into Photoshop and manipulated to create portraits that appear to have been done in oil or mixed media.
